Expect a reply within two business days. There is no ticket system, no chatbot, and no phone line.
What to write about
- Payments and receipts. Include the order or checkout ID from your receipt. Our payment provider is the merchant of record and sends the receipt, so the name on your statement will not be AppRanker.
- Refunds. The rule, and the cases that are refunded regardless, are on the refund policy page.
- Takedowns. If you own an app and want its listing off the board, say which listing and that you own it. Anyone can pay to list a public app, including apps they did not build, so this request is expected and is honoured.
- Trademark and rights claims. Say which listing, what right you hold, and why the listing infringes it.
- Privacy requests. The site holds no accounts and no personal profiles, so there is usually nothing to look up, but write in and we will check. What is stored is listed in the privacy policy.
- Something broken. A listing showing the wrong app, a bid that never landed, a redirect that goes nowhere.
Who you are writing to
- AppRanker is operated by Quang Phan, an individual based in Vietnam.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, which is the merchant of record. AppRanker never sees a card number. Write in about anything to do with a payment and we will take it up with them for you.
